Pembroke Mahogany Table has string inlay, imported Mahogany and the original brass pulls or hardware. This high fashion Hepplewhite drop leaf table, or Georgian style end table would have been popular during America's early days. Being American made it shows its American characteristics which make this table rare and important in its Pembroke form. There are some replacement inlays and minor repairs which have preserved its charm. It appears that the finish has been restored and polished in an old school manner. Overall, this entire table is in great condition for having been there. It is 28 inches tall and 38.5 inches wide with the leaves open and 18 inches with the leaves down.
