This mid size Sheraton American drop leaf table is made of solid Maple. Both the secondary and primary woods are Tiger Maple. The wonderful turned legs taper to a point, helping us date and locate its origin. We believe it was made toward the end of the 18th century in upper New York State. The folks in New York knew what they were doing when they made this handsome table.
